Output files for database search
The search command supports two output options,
-aln and -output.
-aln is human-readable sequence alignments with AQ and E-values
(example below).
-output is tab-separated text with one line for each hit.
Columns in tab-separated output are aq+query+target+evalue by default.
The columns option can be used to choose which fields are included.
