I love to develop code
and algorithms for scientific research, and I'm happy to donate my time
if you have an interesting academic / non-profit project.
If you
have a biotech start-up, I am flexible on compensation, e.g. a sweat
equity component.
What type of project?
Biological sequence analysis is the most obvious choice because that's
what mostly what I've been doing for the past several years. It could
also be something quite different -- astronomy image analysis, AI /
machine learning, calculating integrated integration in consciousness
research, physics simulations...
