A diversified ensemble uses a different perturbationrandom number seed for every replicate with the goal of maximizing variation.
By default, there are 100 replicates. Guide tree permutations through the four variants, giving 25 for each.
Diversified ensembles are used for measuring column confidence, letter confidence, dispersion, and tree bootstrap confidence.
