tree_cvt command

The tree_cvt command converts
between Newick and tabbed formats. The input format is recognized
automatically. The output file is specified using the -newickout and/or
-tabbedout options.
Example
usearch -tree_cvt newick.tree -tabbedout
tabbed_tree.txt
