Mothur "names" file

A mothur names file specifies the result of clustering sequences into OTUs. It contains exactly the same information as one row in a mothur list file. The format is tabbed text. Each line represents one cluster. A line has two fields:

1. Sequence label. Presumably, this is the OTU representative sequence.
2. Comma-separated list of cluster member sequence labels. The first label is the representative sequence (same as field 1).
