tabbed2otutab command

Converts tabbed text file to an OTU table .

Each line in the tabbed text file contains two fields: #1. SeqLabel, #2. OTUlabel.

The SeqLabel field must contain a sample name .

The -output optoin specifies the OTU table filename.

Example

usearch -tabbed2otutab hits.txt -output otutab.txt
