OTU table
Making an OTU table (otutab command)
Creates a report from an OTU table giving statistics such as number of OTUs, number of samples, range of reads per sample and so on.
The -output file specifies the name of a text file where the report is written.
The format of the report is subject to change as new features are added.
Example
usearch -otutab_stats otutable.txt -output report.txt
