The utaxotusout file is tabbed text with six fields. There is one line per OTU in order of decreasing size.

| 1 | OTU identifier. This is
the one-letter level code followed by a colon and the OTU number 1, 2, 3 etc,
for example g:23. |

| 2 | Fraction of the query
sequences assigned to this OTU, as a percentage. If the -sizein option is used,
the input size annotations are considered. |

| 3 | Accumulated fraction of
query sequences assigned to this plus previous OTUs, as a percentage. |
|
| 4 | Total size of query
sequences assigned to this OTU. |
|
| 5 | Number of unique
sequences assigned to this OTU. If -sizein is not specified, this will be the
same as field 4. |
|
| 6 | Predicted taxon for this
OTU. |
