A text file containing parameters used to calculate confidence values for taxonomy assignments. Generated using the -taxconfsout option of the makeudb_utax or utax_train commands.
The file is tabbed text with one column for each trained level (domain, phylum, etc.).
There is a header row which starts with Sc followed by the levels, followed by 101 rows giving confidence levels for integer raw scores 0, 1 ... 100.
