I provide full-service analysis for 16S or ITS data at a fixed price of
US$2,380. This includes generating OTUs, taxonomy prediction, alpha and beta
diversity analysis and ten hours of consulting time to assist you in
interpreting results. Maximum 100 samples, 50Gb FASTQ data.
I use
state-of-the-art algorithms.
Benchmark results show that these algorithms are often superior to other
published methods.
